By scheduling a consultation, booking an appointment, or engaging any service offered by Better Call Merv, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and a clear understanding between you (“the client”) and BetterCallMerv.com (“the consultant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


1. Scope of Services


Better Call Merv provides air-quality evaluations, filtration assessments, recommendations, and consulting services based on training, experience, and professional judgment. All observations, findings, and suggestions are opinion-based and intended to guide you toward improving your home’s indoor air environment.

These services do not replace scientific laboratory testing, medical advice, or contractor-level repair services unless otherwise stated.


2. Quality of Service Commitment


We take pride in delivering attentive, individualized support. Our goal is to provide clear guidance, reliable recommendations, and honest assessments. If at any time you have questions, concerns, or wish to discuss your results, recommendations, or next steps, you are encouraged to contact Merv directly. We are here to assist you and ensure you feel informed and supported.


3. Client Responsibilities


To ensure accurate evaluations and the best outcomes, clients agree to:


• Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being evaluated.


• Share truthful and relevant information regarding concerns, prior issues, or conditions in the home.


• Follow all safety guidance provided before, during, or after the consultation.


4. No Guarantees of Outcome


Indoor air environments can be complex and influenced by numerous external factors beyond our control. While we strive to deliver the most effective guidance possible, BetterCallMerv.com does not guarantee that results, improvements, or air-quality outcomes will be identical for every client or home.


Any decisions you make following the consultation—repairs, replacements, purchases, or third-party services—are solely your responsibility.


5. Payments and Refunds


All payments are due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise in advance. All payments are final. There are no refunds once payment has been made. By hiring Better Call Merv or scheduling any appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


6. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Missed Appointments


Because time and travel are invested into every appointment, clients agree to provide reasonable notice if a scheduled appointment must be changed.


• Missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, or refusal of entry may result in full charges for the visit.


• Rescheduling is available based on calendar availability.


7. Privacy & Confidentiality


Your privacy matters. All personal information, communications, details about your home, findings, or recommendations are kept fully confidential. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information for any purpose. All data is encrypted and securely maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


8. Limitation of Liability


Better Call Merv is not liable for:


• Any allergic reactions, health effects, or respiratory issues that may exist or develop in your home.


• Damage caused by pre-existing structural, mechanical, or environmental conditions.


• Actions taken or not taken by the client following the consultation.


• Third-party services, repairs, or contractors you may independently hire.

Your use of BetterCallMerv.com and its services indicates acceptance of these limitations.


9. Website & Content Usage
